What made you choose our company:
Our HVAC went out Saturday 5/20/17 after 5 pm. By 6 pm our inside temp. had reached 80 degrees and our 16 month old grandson was staying with us, so I placed a service call and left a message explaining the situation. My call was returned by Lisa within 20 mins. and she explained that there were 3 other service calls in front of me and the tech. would contact me as to when he'd be out. I received a call from him about 8:30 pm and he stated he was willing to come by if it wasn't too late. He arrived within 10 mins and had the unit working by 9:00 pm (It was a blown capacitor). Both Lisa and the Service Tech (sorry for not having his name) were totally professional and provided top customer service. We chose your company approximately 4 years ago to install our new HVAC system, have maintained your bi-annual service plan and will continue to do so. It is a pleasure, especially in today's society, to have a company which truly cares about their customer and provides top notch expertise and service.
